Return Or Exchange

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

All products sold on our shopping mall are not returnable and exchangeable. If the wrong or missing product is shipped due to our negligence, we will provide a replacement or resend products. In order for us to verify product defects or missing components, you must shoot a video from opening the carton box to checking all the contents.  If you don't provide us with an unboxing video, it is difficult for us to check, so it is impossible to proceed with refund.

 

 

Why was my order refunded or partially refunded?

We sometimes process refunds automatically due to delivery delays, out of stock, or other issues with shipping and delivery. We will refund you in the way you originally paid for the order. Unfortunately, we can’t refund to another account or through a different payment method.

 

What if I need to change my shipping address after payment?

After you receive the order confirmation email, if you notice that the shipping address is wrong, please contact us by email cheapop128@outlook.com immediately and we will help you resolve the issue. If the order has already been processed, we may not be able to make changes as you requested.
